Pricing

We price projects on a case-by-case basis, so we will need to see at least a sample of your document in order to provide a quote. We will provide an hourly quote or a project quote, depending on the nature of the project and your preferences. Our hourly rates start at $25/hour for very basic proofreading services and increase from there depending on the complexity of the project. Contracts and Payment

In most cases, we will prepare a standard contract for the job detailing the estimated cost and turnaround time. Each contract also includes a non-disclosure clause, assuring you that Green Ink Edits will not use or share your work and ideas without your express written permission. A 10% deposit of the total estimate is due when you sign the contract, and the balance is due upon completion of the job. Turnaround times depend on the length and complexity of the document as well as our current workload. An estimate will be given in the contract after we have reviewed a sample of the document. Some rush orders can be accommodated; please inquire about our availability. An additional fee of 10% of the estimated total fees will be added to your invoice for rush orders.

We are able to accept payment by check or any PayPal option (bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, etc). All prices are stated in US Dollars. A $25.00 minimum is required for all jobs.
